GET THE MOST FROM YOUR MASSAGE EXPERIENCE
ABSTAIN FROM ALCOHOL
Please be advised that we do not provide massage services to anyone that is under the influence of alcohol.
Working out in the field can be a dirty job, so as a courtesy to our therapists, we ask that you please take a shower prior to your appointment. There is a shower available on site if needed.
Our professionals strive to provide you with a relaxing experience, so we ask that you please turn off your mobile phone during your appointment to avoid all unnecessary distractions. You owe it to yourself to relax and enjoy!
You should undress to your own level of comfort. Some people prefer to keep their under garments on during the massage while others prefer to disrobe completely. During your treatment you will be covered with sheets and your therapist will only uncover the part of the body they’re working on.
All of Songblossom's therapists are trained to administer therapeutic massage and adhere to the highest professional standards.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Drinking lots of water after your massage provides your kidneys with the water they need to effectively eliminate the toxins released from your muscles during your treatment. Hot herbal teas are also great for amping up your circulation and flushing out toxins . By re-hydrating your muscles you reduce any pain or stiffness following your massage.
All of our massage therapists are highly qualified. This means that you won’t have a problem submitting your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Although tipping is not a requirement, it is appreciated. If you enjoyed your experience please feel free to tip your massage therapist after your treatment. Between 15-20% is the average rate of gratuity.
We are very excited to start this new project in Edmonton. We have formed an incredible team of healthcare professionals with global experience offering care, instruction, wisdom, and new opportunities. Our goal is to heal, facilitate, teach, inspire and encourage others. We want others to experience better health and wellness, and perhaps peace and a sense of community.
